Each shareholder, who has bought minimum of 25 TMR shares until the 31st of October 2012 has the right to draw the benefits according to shareholders’ club conditions.
The date is moved to the 30th of November 2012 in case of buying shares through the Stock Exchange in Warsaw and in Prague.
The benefits have to be applied via special web applications. In case the benefit will be not drawn by the shareholder personally, the shareholder chooses one authorized person to draw the benefit instead and besides this also resort according to the interest in Jasna Nizke Tatry, Strbske Pleso or in Tatranska Lomnica, same as the period of drawing the benefit, what significantly reduces the administration time.

* Shareholder has the right for a specified number of entrances into all TMR operations whole year round – in the winter season for the skipasses in Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, Spindleruv Mlyn - for season ticket or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia, type Aqua Packet or in the summer season for separate cable cars rides in resorts Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, expect the cable car to Lomnicky stit, or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia type Aqua Packet.
** Shareholder has the right for a season ticket that means it is valid in summer or winter season for entrances into all TMR operations – in the winter season for the skipasses in Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, Spindleruv Mlyn - for season ticket or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia, type Aqua Packet or in the summer season for separate cable cars rides in resorts Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, expect the cable car to Lomnicky stit, or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia type Aqua Packet.
GOLD VIP club benefits – benefits of VIP club plus whole year round entrance into Vital World in aquapark Tatralandia and once a year a voucher for 6-nights stay in TMR accommodation facilities valid whole year besides New Year Eve and Easter term. The stay is valid for two persons. In addition also a voucher for 2-days skis testing for two persons free of charge.

Period of shareholders’ benefits validation for season 2012/2013 and so the possibility to draw these benefits of TMR shareholders.
WINTER SEASON – from the beginning of skiing season until the 30th of April 2013
SUMMER SEASON – from the 1st of May to the 30th of September 2013
In case that it will be found that the tickets/entries received based on the shareholders’ club conditions will be provided to the third parties or any other trading with them, the benefits will be taken away from the member of the shareholders’ club without compensation.
