TMR’s Board of Directors convened the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for April 25, 2015 at Grandhotel Praha, Tatranská Lomnica with the start at 3 p.m. The AGM’s agenda inter alia includes business performance review, approval of individual financial statements, discussion on the business plan and financial budget for the current fiscal year, and removal and election of a Supervisory Board member.
Besides the AGM’s agenda, the Shareholders’ Weekend is attractive with its accompanying program. During the weekend shareholders and their relatives can visit places that they own and use the benefits of the Shareholder Club, such as free cableway rides in resorts Jasná Nízke Tatry or Vysoké Tatry, as well as entries to Aquapark Tatralandia. Also they can use special shareholder discounts for various complementary services.

For the prior financial year ending 31/10/2014 TMR achieved net consolidated income of EUR 683 thousand and net loss of EUR 225 thousand according to individual financial statements.
Shareholders owning the TMR stock on the record date – April 22, 2015 may attend the AGM.
