The Water slide battle opening starts on Sunday at 10:00am with activities and competitions hosted by Valér Ferko. Competition teams with well-known personalities – former playmate Zuzana Strausz Plačková, successful Slovak MMA fighters Attila Végh and Gábor Boráros as well as Monika Jákliová, Miss Carat Tuning 2018 will be ready and waiting on top of the 17-metre-high water slide tower at 01:00pm. The Polish team will be represented by actor Michał Mikołajczak, blogger Magda Bereda and actress Katarzyna Chorzępa. Both teams will complete two rides. Time will be measured on the blue Delphin slide and the overall presentation will be evaluated on the yellow-orange 4 Family slide. The jury will be focusing on the speed, style as well as background sounds produced by the competitors and spectators. 

Tatralandia is not only opening new water slides but also celebrating the 15th birthday. It will be a truly spectacular party with a birthday cake, a foam party and an autograph show. Singer Barbora Hazúchová will be there to guarantee great entertainment and the Elvis Presley Revival band will be playing in the amphitheatre from 03:00pm.

A revolutionary innovation will be introduced at Tatralandia this summer – with cheaper tickets that can be purchased in an easier way, i.e. at self-service GOPASS Tickets machines. The cheapest tickets are available via the www.gopass.sk e-shop three and more days in advance. Clients can save 4 EUR in the e-shop and 2 EUR at the GOPASS Tickets machines when compared to regular ticket offices.
