1. What to do in order to purchase the TMR shares?
Purchase of shares conveys a stockbroker (following only broker) – banks (Postova banka, J&T Bank, VUB, SLSP,…) company Patria Finance, a.s., Atlantik, a.s., company SALVE INVESTMENTS, o.c.p., a.s.,…
You can contact the banks or brokers in all the ways online, through the hotline or directly in the branch. If you realize the purchase of the shares for the first time, you close a commission contract with the bank or broker, based on which you will be able to buy the shares.
The bank or broker usually opens an equity account for the client in the Central Securities Depository (CSD), where the shares will be held after the purchase. The client may arrange an equity account opening in CSD itself. If you decide to buy the shares, you will fill out an order to buy securities, stating the number of shares units and other specifics, so the trade could be carried out. The bank or broker implement your instructions on the stock exchange and will send you the confirmation about shares’ purchase of a deal.
The procedure at the sale is similar as in case of the purchase. Since the commission contract is already signed, it is enough to send an order to sell in the bank (similar as in case of the purchase, with a difference “sale” instead of “buying”).
2. What is ISIN and which ISIN TMR has?
ISIN (International Securieties Identification Number) is identification mark of the shares of individual companies. ISIN of TMR shares is: SK1120010287.
3. What other revenue I can get after buying the TMR shares?
Like any other join stock company, TMR may pay a dividend. The General meeting decides about the dividend payment based on the Board of directors’ proposal, on which each shareholder can participate.
Then there are the benefits offered by TMR to the members of shareholders club: http://www.tmr.sk/development-plan.html. A member of the shareholder club becomes automatically each shareholder, who owns at least 25 TMR share units.
4. 4. What is the difference between the bank and broker?
Bank advantages:
• Wider branch chains and most probably better availability in the regions
• Security feeling for the clients, who are deciding for their first investment into the securities
• Possibility to purchase directly via the institution, where you have your regular account
• The possibility to cooperate with a private banker, especially if you are thinking about larger investment volume
Broker advantages:
• Higher flexibility
• Personal or individual access
5. Is it possible to convert the shares of 1.garantovana to TMR shares?
Transfer of shares from company to another is not possible.

6. I would like to know how many shares I own.
In case to get the information about this, please contact the Central Securities Depository Bratislava (following only CSD). You can request the CSD for a statement list of shareholder personally or by mail.

7. How do I know if I have opened an account at the Central Securities Depository (CSD)?
You can find this on a website www.cdcp.sk/odkup after entering your personal identification number when it goes about the Slovak securities. In case of foreign securities, please contact the trade depositary in the country where corporate sits, that issued the securities.
8. I would like to know what the market value of the shares is.
The current market price of TMR share is published in the exchange rate of Stock Exchange in Bratislava, which you can find for e.g. on the Stock Exchange website or Economic newspapers. Price of the sharer is also published on our web site http://www.tmr.sk as well.
On this Stock Exchange Bratislava website is on the bottom left site reference to “Development of average rate”, where you can find the evolution of the average daily TMR share rate.

9. If I bought the shares of SKI Jasna, a.s. from the 1st period of coupon privatization, am I currently a TMR shareholder?
Yes, in this case you are TMR,a.s. shareholder
10. What is the minimum quantity of shares for the purchase?
The minimum and same the maximum investment (number of shares or total amount in €) into the purchase of the TMR, a.s. shares is not limited.
But if you buy minimum of 25 pcs TMR shares you are becoming a member of shareholder’s club and you are entitled to a benefit. More information on http://www.tmr.sk/shareholders-club.html.
11. In case of purchase of 80 shares, the skipass 2 x 7-days, is provided annually or only once.
The TMR, a.s. benefits has not limited validity, they are not only for one year, but for an unlimited period of time, in case you are still fulfilling the condition of being TMR, a.s. shareholder and you are the owner of particular number (in this case 80 pcs of shares) of TMR shares. As it is mentioned on our web page www.tmr.sk in section Shareholders’ club, in conditions, 1st point, if based on the statement from the shareholders’ list to the date 31st of October will be approved, that you reached or overpass the stated limit, there is a corresponding right for a benefit for you. So if you own 80 shares the next year to the date 31st of October as well, you will be given the benefit 2 x 7-day skipass after this date.
12. Under which conditions a Czech Republic citizen or legal person in the country are able to invest into the TMR shares?
Invest to the TMR share are allowed also citizens of Czech Republic. Yes, the best for you is to use the services of the Atlantik, which you can find on the web page www.atlantik.cz.

13. I am registered in the Czech trader Patria Direct, a.s. Prague. If I buy 25 shares without this dealer, will I get also the benefit 4 days skipass in value of 112€ from you?
Yes, if you decide to implement TMR share purchase via broker, by company Patria Direct, a.s., of course also in this case you are entitled to the benefit of our shareholders’ club.
14. Is this market liquid? Is it possible to happen that no counterparty for my purchase order is found?
Market maker operates on the market, this mean trader, who daily buys and sells (www.bsse.sk). He does this based on the agreement with Stock exchange, which obliges him to have daily entered the order for a purchase and order for a sale of TMR shares in stock exchange trade system, this is a daily opportunity to buy or sell the shares to the market maker.
15. What is the difference between investment based on the commission contract and investment into the shares funds?
The biggest difference is the fact that the trades based on the commission contract are carried out based on the instruction from client – this means the client decides alone what kind of securities holds in his portfolio. In shares funds a portfolio manager decides about purchased securities, this means client can not influence this decision.
