Shareholders club

TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS and its individual shareholders have joined together in close partnership based on trust with the aim to contribute on the progress and success, creating loyalty with special offers in the most successful Slovak resorts and increasing the number of registered shareholders.

This was the main reason why we decided to launch the shareholders club TATRY MOUNTAIN RESORTS in connection with start of shares’ sale at the beginning of year 2010.

More than anything else, this club is place of privileged meetings. As a club member you will be receiving invitations for special events (shareholders’ conferences, public meetings and other). If you own 25 and more shares, you are entitled to benefits that will help you get to know the group and its activities under special conditions. There is prepared special product for the most demanding clients: VIP Card Tatry and VIP GOLD Card Tatry, which include exclusive and privileged benefits in the form of whole season skipass, professional ski service, reserved VIP parking and etc. You can find more information on: http://www.tmr.sk/vip_and_gold_vip.html.

INCLUDING IN THE TMR BENEFITS SKIING IN RESORTS JASNA NIZKE TATRY – CHOPOK SEVER AND CHOPOK JUH – TATRANSKA LOMNICA, STARY SMOKOVEC, STRBSKE PLESO IS WAITING FOR YOU. SKIPASSES ARE VALID ONLY FOR THESE RESORTS.

Conditions:

• The right for a benefit arises each shareholder, who is based on the list of shareholders from Central Securities Depository or confirmation from the company, which bought the shares for shareholder (custodian) owner of at least 25 shares of TMR once a year to the date 31st of October. When buying shares through the Stock Exchange in Warsaw and In Prague the date is moved to the 30th of November 2012 for the season 2012/2013.
• The benefits have to be register every year on special web application on the web page www.tmr.sk and then after launch of winter season pick up personally in the information centers (Jasna Nizke Tatry – Biela Put, Tatranska Lomnica - cable car building, Strbske Pleso - near cable car); the actual internet application will be launched from the 2nd of November 2012,
• It is not possible to combine or cumulate the benefits, this means to draw discounts by multiples when reaching a higher limit,
• The right for the benefit for a shareholder arises also in the following periods, as long he proves based on the extract from CSD shareholders’ list or company’s confirmation, which bought the shares for shareholder (custodian), that requested number of TMR shares didn’t fall below the specified number according the shareholders’ benefits table, based on which the benefit arise.
• In case that it will be found that the tickets/entries received based on the shareholders’ club conditions will be provided to the third parties or any other trading with them, the benefits will be taken away from the member of the shareholders’ club without compensation.

* Shareholder has the right for a specified number of entrances into all TMR operations whole year round – in the winter season for the skipasses in Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, Spindleruv Mlyn (only with whole season ticket) or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia, type Tropical Packet or in the summer season for separate cable cars rides in resorts Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, expect the cable car to Lomnicky stit, or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia type Tropical Packet

** Shareholder has the right for a season ticket that means it is valid in summer or winter season for entrances into all TMR operations – in the winter season for the skipasses in Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, Spindleruv Mlyn or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia, type Tropical Packet or in the summer season for separate cable cars rides in resorts Jasna Nizke Tatry, Vysoke Tatry – Tatranska Lomnica, Stary Smokovec, Strbske Pleso, expect the cable car to Lomnicky stit, or entrances into aquapark Tatralandia type Tropical Packet
