Segment Mountains and Aquapark
The strategy of TMR is to leverage from the unique geographical location of Vysoke and Nizke Tatry and strengthen its market share by continuously increasing number of customers in the resorts. Therefore it has to offer to its clients excellent services (cable car, ski lifts, restaurants, ski schools, rentals, sport ships and other services). in segment mountains.

Segment Hotels
It is planed to implement the investments into the Hotel segment in total value of around 1.9 million € by year 2013, while it goes mainly about completing the existing annex building of hotel Grand Praha Tatranska Lomnica by wellness procedures premises. There will be completed the wellness and congress room in the hotel Tri Stundicky in Jasna resort. We have recently enriched the investment plan to complete the wellness and outside part of the hotel Grand.

Segment Real estate projects
The company plans many real estate projects, including building up the center of Tatranska Lomnica and also poly-functional center in the resort Jasna Nizke Tatry. Beyond the sales revenues will flow into the company the additional incomes from rental, administration and operation of newly built properties in the amount of more than 0,5 million € per year. The company is gradually receiving zoning and building permits for the planned projects, while many decisions company already has. For e.g. there are already active ongoing construction works in Jasna and Tatranska Lomnica.
