Igor Rattaj – Chairman of the Board of Directors

 
Igor Rattaj was leaving the office of the Chairman of the TMR Supervisory board as of 29.4.2020, where he has been active since 2009. He has a lot of experience in the field of finance. In the past, he was working as a member of the Board of the 1. Garantovanej, a.s. company, was or has been active as a member of various supervisory boards, as the chairman or a member of boards of directors, the executive director of several companies. His previous posts include the office of the securities trading director in the J&T Securities company, the vice chairman of the board and the head of private banking in Podnikatelská banka in Prague. At the moment, he is a major shareholder in TMR.
 

ZUZANA IŠTVÁNFIOVÁ – VICE CHAIRMAN of the Board of Directors

She has worked as the trade and marketing director of Slovak TMR establishments in the Tatry mountains resorts, a.s. company since January 2021. On 25.4.2023, she was elected a member of the company’s Board of Directors by the Supervisory Board as of 1.6.2023 and appointed the Vice Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors by the Supervisory Board as of 1.6.2023. Ing. Zuzana Ištvánfiová has experience with leadership and management in several companies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic that have cooperated with TMR for years. 

 

Čeněk Jílek – Member of the Board of Directors

He joined TMR in 2008 as a manager at the Tatry Motion department. Since 2012, he has worked as the general manager of the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn and took an MBA Business English and Spanish degree at the Bircham International University in the meantime. From autumn 2016, he was actively helping to acquire the Ještěd acquisition, which TMR took over successfully in December 2017. In late 2017, he became the statutory general manager of TMR ČR (Czech Republic) and is now managing Špindlerův Mlýn and Ještěd, since January 2018 the Polish resorts of Szczyrk and Legendia as well. Since 1/11/2018, he has been the COO of the TMR, a.s. company.
