Smart Season Passes are popular season ski passes that offer skiing in mountain resorts operated by the Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR) company. The second wave of the Smart Season Pass 2020/21 sale was launched on Tuesday 16th June and enables to split the payment in two parts. “We wanted to introduce something new to our fans and at the same time to give them a chance to visit our popular mountain resorts also in summer. So everybody who buys their Smart Season Pass during the summer season until 31st August and makes the first payment of €99 will get a benefit – three cable car tickets that can be used in Jasná, Štrbské Pleso and Tatranská Lomnica. The second payment can be made until 30th September (€200- adults) or until the end of October (€249 – adults),” informed Juraj Chovaňák, the TMR marketing director. In addition, every skier can decide in autumn if they pay their Smart Season Pass remainder only to ski in Slovak resorts or they choose a Premium Smart Season Pass remainder (€300 until 30th September, €350 until 31st October) to ski also in the Czech Republic (Špindlerův Mlýn), in Poland (Szczyrk) and in Austria (Mölltaler Gletscher). The latter includes not only skiing in 8 resorts and 4 countries but among other things also a 15% discount in restaurants located on ski pistes, a 15% discount in Motion Shops, 1x small ski service for free during the 2020/21 season and night skiing in Jasná, Szczyrk or Špindlerův Mlýn.
